Chidinma Maduekwe

ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT

Chidinma Maduekwe brings a wealth of diverse experience to her role as Head of the Administration Department. With a unique academic foundation in Political Science and Theatre Arts (Combined Major), complemented by a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.

She possesses a broad understanding of both human dynamics and organizational structure. Prior to joining Cutix in 2018, Chidinma spent 10 years immersed in the entertainment industry, honing her leadership and organizational skills as an Assistant Director, Director, Associate Producer, and Producer for various theatre and film productions. This dynamic background, further enriched by a Diploma in Filmmaking from the New York Film Academy, has equipped her with a strong ability to manage complex projects and diverse teams.

Chidinma’s journey at Cutix began as a Recruitment Officer, and her talent and dedication quickly propelled her to the Head of Human Resource Management, a position she held for three years. Demonstrating her adaptability and leadership potential, she was selected for the succession program, where she gained invaluable experience leading the Sales, House Wiring Production, and Finance & Accounts teams between 2021 and 2025. In her current role as Head of the Administration Department, Chidinma is responsible for leading both Human Resource Management and Supply Chain activities. Her multifaceted experience across different departments provides her with a holistic perspective, enabling her to drive efficiency, foster collaboration, and contribute significantly to Cutix’s overall success.

Ada Ikebuilo

MSc. MSM, MISPON, MNATE

COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT

Ada Ikebuilo is an accomplished management professional with over 17 years of progressive experience at Cutix Plc, where she has built a distinguished career across several functional areas, including Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, Administration, and Commercial Operations. She holds an  MSc. in Strategic Management/Business Development from European Global School-University, Paris, France, and a B.Tech. in Production Technology from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. Since joining the Company as a Management Trainee in 2009, she has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to operational excellence, earning promotions to Senior Manager in 2017 and Principal Manager in 2025.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Ikebuilo has made significant contributions to product innovation, process improvement, and business development. As Head of the Business Development and Research Unit, she led the development of procedures for the production of Cross-Linked Polyethylene (XLPE) cables and successfully drove the production of the Company’s first Halogen-Free and Fire-Retardant (HFFR) cable. She also chaired the Committee responsible for the Power Cable Plant (PCP) New Factory Extension Project and supervised the installation and commissioning of key production equipment that enhanced operational efficiency and capacity.

In her role as Head of the Technical Unit, she spearheaded the construction and installation of a modern duct extraction and air system at the Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Compounding Plant, significantly improving workplace health, safety, and environmental standards. She further contributed to capacity development within the organization by co-facilitating training programmes for supervisors and operators, which supported the successful reintroduction of strategic cable products and strengthened operational performance.

Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Tgst. Ada is actively involved in professional and industry development initiatives. She serves as Vice President (Administration) of the Nnewi Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NCCIMA) till date, and has been a member of the UK GCRF RECIRCULATE®️ Project team since 2019. She is also affiliated with several reputable professional bodies, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning, professional excellence, and the advancement of industry best practices. She currently serves as the Head of the Commercial Department at Cutix Plc.

Tobechukwu Okafor

TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT

Tobechukwu Christian Okafor graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Nnamdi Azikiwe University (First Class Honours) in 2013 and Bachelor of Philosophy from Pontifical Urbaniana University (Magna Cum Laude) in 2017. He also has a Master of Arts in Philosophy from Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (Distinction) in 2020. He is a published playwright and poet, and has a couple of novels awaiting publication. Before his employment in Cutix Plc, he first worked as a freelance researcher and thesis assistant for a good number of academics, many of which got published in academic journals, magazines and other publications.

Before his employment in Cutix Plc, he first worked in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Ihiala, as the General Secretary cum Deputy Human Resources of the Complex from February 2019 to August 2019. Then, from September 2019 to date, he has been in the employment of Cutix Plc where he has worked in many capacities, including Sales Officer (2019-2021); Head of Quality Assurance Unit (2021-2022); Head of Marketing Unit (2022-2023); Head of Power Cables Plant (2023-2025) and currently heads the entire Technical Department of the Company since March 1, 2025, to date.

In the intentional effort to improve himself, he has attended a number of Trainings for which he received certifications. They include: Certificate of Participation in the course, “Leading With Emotional Intelligence – for Professionals and Leaders” (2020), facilitated by Flame Academy and Consulting Limited; Certificate in Entrepreneurship (2020) facilitated by Esomchi Foundation; Certificate of Participation in the course, “Strategic Sales Leadership Programme” (2021), facilitated by Flame Academy and Consulting Limited, and Certificate of Participation in a 2-week programme, “The Complete Manager: Developing Managerial Competencies for Organizational Triumph” (2025) facilitated by Tom Associates.

Engr. Onyekachukwu Aralu

MNSE, REngr.

COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT

Engr. Onyekachukwu Aralu is a seasoned engineer and compliance expert with extensive experience in research, business development, and regulatory compliance. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri.

To enhance his professional expertise, he has attended several specialized courses, including Project Management Development (PMDC, Port Harcourt), Critical Thinking for Development (Metropolitan School of Business and Management, UK), and Development Economics for Sub-Saharan Africa (IZA Institute of Labour Economics, UK). He is a Corporate Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and a Registered Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). He is also certified in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) by the World Safety Organization.

He joined Cutix Plc in 2020 as a Research and Development staff, where he contributed to key innovations and product improvements. In 2022, he transitioned to lead the Business Development Unit, where he spearheaded product development and export market expansion strategies. Currently, he serves as the Head of the Compliance Department, overseeing both the Quality Assurance Unit and the Enterprise Assurance Unit, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance within the organization.

He is passionate about driving process efficiency, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a culture of compliance to uphold the company’s reputation for excellence.

Mrs. Chinwendu Nwokporo

COMPANY SECRETARY

Mrs. Nwokporo graduated from Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Owerri, Imo State in 2005 with HND (Distinction) in Secretarial Administration.  She joined Cutix Plc in 2010 as a clerk in the office of the Company Secretary and later grew to the position of Company Secretary in 2018.

She led the Company’s acquisition of Adswitch Plc where Cutix Plc acquired over 53% of Adswitch Plc shares in 2020 through Tender Bid Offer which made Adswitch Plc a subsidiary of Cutix Plc.  She is also currently leading the acquisition of the entire shares of Adswitch Plc through Scheme of Arrangement.

In view of the strategy fashioned out in 2021 to internalize an appropriate Manpower Development System that will enable the company meet the demands of the shareholders, Mrs. Nwokporo served as head of the following units of the company –  Enterprise Assurance, Trade Sales and Anuka Plant (House Wiring Cables Production) where she contributed to the growth of the company while retaining her position as the Company Secretary until February 1, 2024.  At the conclusion of the project in January 2025, she was re-appointed the Company Secretary effective March 1, 2025.

Mrs. Nwokporo is an Associate member, Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) and ICSAN member, Rivers State Chapter. She is a Fellow, Instiute of Chartered Administration and Governance (CIPAG-USA) and a Chartered Public Administrator. Mrs. Nwokporo is also a member, Committee of Legal Advisers and Company Secretaries of Employers Consultative Association (NECA) where she represents Cutix Plc. She is a certified Governance Auditor/Evaluator. She is happily married with children.
